DESCRIPTION:Wie jedes Jahr organisiert das Ethnografische Museum des Muggiotals am letzten Sonntag im August das traditionelle Mühlenfest.\nMittagessen ab 12.15 Uhr mit:\n\nMaisbrot mit Wurst und Käse\nPolenta, zubereitet aus lokal gemahlenem Mehl und serviert mit\n\nKäsesorten\nbruscitt“ (neuer Vorschlag)\nMilch\n\n\noder Polenta uncia\nhausgemachte Kuchen\n\nAnschließend gibt es Musik, eine Buvette, eine Tombola und die Möglichkeit, die arbeitende Mühle zu besichtigen und traditionelle Mühlenprodukte zu kaufen.\nAngesichts der begrenzten Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen empfehlen wir dringend die Benutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, um Bruzella oder Cabbio zu erreichen.\nACHTUNG: obligatorische Reservierung per E-Mail: \n  eventi@mevm.ch\n\n(Name, Anzahl der Teilnehmer und Telefonnummer angeben)\n
