Blotti&#8217;s delicatessen employs a dozen employees and produces delicious specialties made from the finest Swiss meats, processed according to traditional methods handed down from father to son.<\/p>\n\n<p>The house specialties are salami and prosciutto, but there are also excellent game sausages, mortadella, and, in the fall, the famous goat violins; not forgetting the classic Christmas trotters.
