We have taken advantage of the extraordinary opportunities open to us to work in top restaurants, some even starred restaurants, in the most renowned gastronomic cities. <\/p>\n\n
In New Zealand, the land of our meeting, we were warmly invited to manage a well-known and prestigious restaurant. It was an adventure of extraordinary and unparalleled enrichment, but always in our hearts a dream, a pressing desire: to create a place of welcome and sharing in our own image. <\/p>\n\n
It was in Ticino, Kira’s homeland, that our dream came true: Osteria Bisnona was born. <\/p>\n\n
What we offer is a unique and authentic experience based on respect for seasonality, freshness, zero waste philosophy (or as Bisnona would say “a sa b\u00fcta via nagot”) and quality ingredients.<\/p>\n\n
We work with products that are purely organic and as km zero as possible. We collaborate with local producers who are driven by the same values as we are, the mainstays of our restaurant. <\/p>\n\n
Each season inspires us and gives us a majestic whirlwind of flavors that are composed and expressed on the plates, thus reflecting our history and passion for genuine, sophisticated cuisine that respects the prodigious proceeds of the earth. <\/p>\n\n
