DESCRIPTION:Good Taste revient du samedi 25 mai au dimanche 23 juin 2024!\nLe protagoniste de l’événement gastronomique est le terroir de la Mesolcina et de la Calanca, qui implique 14 restaurants et grotti répartis dans toute la région, en Mesolcina, de San Vittore à San Bernardino, et dans la vallée de la Calanca, à Castaneda et Arvigo.\nDes plats préparés avec des produits frais et locaux, grâce aux matières premières offertes par les producteurs des deux vallées alpines méridionales. Une combinaison qui évoque les coutumes et l’histoire gastronomique de la région avec une pincée de créativité.\nLes clients qui apprécieront les menus proposés dans la revue pourront repartir avec un délicieux panier de produits locaux à la fin de la revue, grâce à la possibilité de participer au concours. L’attribution se fera par tirage au sort et pour chaque restaurant participant.\n
