A whole world to discover…at the table through the Park Plate! An event that will be held over several days through the involvement of several restaurants in the region that will offer dishes during the week with food produced in the Piano di Magadino Park.
The review aims to promote local production of agricultural products and contribute to a short supply chain, as well as to create more synergies between the different players in the supply chain: farms, platforms for disposal, gastronomy and Park.
During the event, each restaurant will present one or more novel dishes designed especially for the event and prepared with fresh, seasonal and high-quality ingredients provided by farms located in the Piano di Magadino Park.
The initiative will run from May 26 to June 8, 2025, involving as many as 17 restaurants this year, a number that is steadily growing from previous editions (recall that there were 10 restaurants that joined in 2023, and 12 last year).
