Our Wine & Dine begins with an aperitif around the Feuerring, the ring of fire that symbolizes the connection to the volcanic soil from which our wines are born.
During warm weather, Wine & Dine takes place in the garden next to the vineyards, under the stars.
The 5-course menu is inspired by the principles of biodynamics and follows Maria Thun’s calendar, which indicates the days on which the moon and planets have influence on certain parts of the plant: the fruits, flowers, leaves or roots.
Our Chef uses only seasonal, local or our own raw materials: vegetables, herbs and flowers from our organic gardens, honey and olive oil from the Castle. Pastas, breads and preserves are also prepared in house.
A fantastic experience in a unique setting to enjoy cuisine that comes from the same soil as our wines. Beginning at 7:00 pm. For those who wish, it is possible (with prior notice) to anticipate the arrival at 18:00 for a scenic walk through the vineyard. Thanks to our informative map, you will discover along the way the history of our winery and the cycle of work in the vineyard.

– Price per person: CHF 160.- including: aperitif with appetizers cooked on the Feuerring and bubbles; 5-course menu with accompanying wines from the Castello di Morcote estate; water and coffee
