Bruzella Mill Festival
Like every year, the Muggio Valley Ethnographic Museum organizes the traditional Mill Festival, scheduled for the last Sunday in August.
Lunch from 12:15 pm with:
- corn bread with cold cuts and cheese
- Polenta prepared from locally milled flour and served with
- cheeses
- “bruscitt” (new proposal)
- milk
- or polenta uncia
- homemade cakes
and then music, buvette, raffle, and opportunity to visit the working Mill and purchase traditional milling products.
Given the limited availability of parking spaces, we strongly encourage the use of public transportation to reach Bruzella or Cabbio.
