The City Center of Bellinzona will host numerous stalls where alpine cheeses from Ticino and Mesolcina will be on display, the fruits of the work of the alpine people carried out during the summer months on the various mountain pastures. Given the time of year this review is one of the first after discharging the alps, in fact most of the alps were discharged in September, but some extended into early October, thus just before the review. One – or perhaps the – largest market offering alpine cheeses, a variety of forms are on display from both cow and goat and cow/goat mixes.
