Good taste returns from Saturday, May 25 to Sunday, June 23, 2024!
The protagonist of the gastronomic event is the terroir of Mesolcina and Calanca, which involves 14 restaurants and grotti widely distributed throughout the area, in Mesolcina from San Vittore to San Bernardino, while in the Calanca valley in Castaneda and Arvigo.
Dishes prepared with fresh and local products, thanks to the raw materials offered by the very producers of the two South Alpine valleys. A combination that evokes the customs and gastronomic history of the area with the addition of a dash of creativity.
Customers who savor the menus offered in the review will be able to take home a delicious basket of local products at the conclusion of the review, thanks to the opportunity to enter the contest. Allocation will be by lottery and for each participating restaurant.
