La Bolla Restaurant – Camorino

Mauro & Tatiana Pedrelli have operated La Bolla in Camorino since 1988.

After serving his apprenticeship at the Hotel della Posta in Biasca with the well-known chef Giovanni Piccioni, Mauro worked at hotels and restaurants in Flims, Zermatt and Lausanne.

At only twenty-three years old, together with his then girlfriend Tatiana, he took over the restaurant La Bolla. They immediately stand out for their high-level cuisine accompanied by excellent service, familiarity and friendliness.
