BLOTTI Patrizio delicatessen – Malvaglia

salumeria blotti Malvaglia Ticino

Since the 1930s, in the lower Blenio Valley and more specifically in Malvaglia, there has been a family-run delicatessen now in its third generation. Blotti’s delicatessen employs a dozen employees and produces delicious specialties made from the finest Swiss meats, processed according to traditional methods handed down from father to son.

The house specialties are salami and prosciutto, but there are also excellent game sausages, mortadella, and, in the fall, the famous goat violins; not forgetting the classic Christmas trotters. In the Malvaglia store, in addition to the delicatessen you can find other local products such as cheese, wine, honey and more.

The charcuterie cellar is located at the former Cima Norma chocolate factory in Torre, which, in addition to being a unique place steeped in history, allows for optimal curing of cold cuts and sausages.
